HCISD has implement Park and Learn, an initiative to provide internet access to students and staff through Wi-Fi Zones located in certain parking areas of campuses all across the district. 

Student and Staff will be able to park their cars in designated locations and connect to the internet to access their e-learning assignments, these Park & Learn locations will provide free Wi-Fi access for those students and staff with limited or no Internet access at home.

The outdoor Wi-Fi Zones will be accessible seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. (see Park & Learn locations below).
